Picked up from hotel and transfer to base camp. Experiencing 1-hour self-drive buggy drive up hill passing the rocks, followed by down-hill cycling via a dirt road to the foot of the hill where the 4WD awaits. The down-hill cycling takes about 30-45 minutes. Change into 4WD; you will be driven via dirt roads, through hill areas, passing some villages and up to the foot of Mt Batukaru, and visiting the sacred mountain temple. Have a picnic lunch enroute then continue your 4WD towards Pupuan region. This area is known for its beautiful rice terraces. You will experience short walking on the rice terrace. On the way back to the base camp we will make one final stop at the waterfall. A fifteen-minute downhill walk is required to reach this picturesque waterfall, and you may take a refreshing swim here. Finish and continue driving to the base camp.
